So I realize it's been a very long time since I was even remotely active on this website, and it's because I've just been so darn busy with school, work, and bills that I rarely ever even think of this website anymore. It's not that I don't draw anymore, I mean I go to an art school, I better be drawing. It's just that I'm stuck in a rut where I don't really finish anything and school work just drains so much from me I rarely feel like sharing it. This year I've started daily comics which I will be making a mass posting off when I can scan them properly. I've also started a short animated film with a friend for school that we will be working on over the next six months. Unfortunately I cannot post anything about it until we're much further along with it. If you want to see more current things from me I have three sources that are much better than deviantART for you to check out.

-I post nearly everything here, I don't have to think about it and it's easy to just post and forget. I go through spurts of reblogging, but for the most part it's just an art blog. This is where I post the most.

-I'll post photos I'll take of works in progress when my scanner is acting up, or when I'm too lazy to actually try and scan things nicely. I also go on random periods of over tweeting about things that are happening, namely when I get paranoid and am starting to freak out.

So it was brought to my attention that someone (candeberruezoedition.deviantar…) on deviantART had taken my Marceline tribal and posted it saying it was something she had drawn. I looked thorugh her gallery and didn't see anything else of mine but did see some other things that I knew were drawn by other people. I also looked at her front page and saw that many comments had been hidden. I left a comment explaining how it was very disrespectful of her to take my art and claim it as her own (had to post it twice because she deosn't speak english and I had to translate it to spanish) and how it was disrespetctful to anyone else she did this too. i now understand why the other comments were hidden. Aparently when you call her out as an art theif on her profile she hides it so people won't realize off the bat that she's an art theif. If you could, please go to her profile and look through her gallery and if you recognize anything as not being hers, report it.

Every now and then I will recieve artwork from people. Most of the time it is because I won a contest of some sort. Somtimes it is entirely out of the blue. I habe decided to feture a couple of the more recent ones!

    Drawn a couple years back for me. I loved this picture so much when I first saw it and still do! I remember when she and I were in middle school and would constantly draw things for eachother. I still have ALL OF HER DRAWINGS.


This journal will be edited over the next couple weeks if I get any drawings from other people/people remind me of pictures they may have drawn for me that went un-featured.

1. She has some of the most adorable artwork that I have ever seen! Seeing her art in my messages is always a joy.
2. She always colors her pieces so beautifly, it makes me jealous!
3. She is just an all around amzing artist. Its so fun to watch her draw something and I love to look through her sketchbooks (though she doesn't like to share them until she has been able to go through and take out everything she doesn't like).
4. This man's dinosaur drawings are so funny! His art is so awesome and I want o have his art babies!
5. I like her drawings of rats! they are really adorable and well-drawn.
6. She does a lot of work coloring other people's linearts, but her own work is good in it's own way. She seems to have a way with textures that makes me jealous!
7. She makes wonderful pixel/digital artwork! I've tried to draw in a pixely manner, but it mostly annoys me. one day I hope to do pixal work as well as her!
8. Like me, she seems to favor flat colors rather than shading everything, but when she does decide to shade she seems to be able to keep a consistant light source.
9. His comics are so neat and clean! Instead of my cometimes slopy ink shading, he has very nice gray tones and clean lines!
10. Her chibis are really cute!

When I saw the comments for the people who just didn't quite make it I couldn't help but think, "Well, who says I can't just add them to the end?" I know how it feels to want a feature rather badly, only to just miss the cutoff, or be told you may recieve one and never do. I didn't want to just leave you guys with nothing to show for your commenting efforts.

11. Her shading skills! So envious! Just so much envy! Her ability to shade in GIMP and photoshop make me want to steal her artistic abilities like some parasite!
12. I have known her for years and it's been an absolute pleasure to see her artwork improve over time! I love how varied her mediums are!
13. Her animal drawings remind me of when I just started drawing animals! I hope to see her continue and improve them! Never give up!
14. Both her traditional art and digital art pieces are absolutely charming! I love to see her pokemon drawings and am often in envy of them! Her art style contantly makes me feel happy when I look at it!

For those of you who would like constructive critisism on your artwork please comment asking that you would like some. I saw some things some people could improve on but didn't want to say anything becuase I know some people are very touchy on the subject of critism and do not take it very well at all, no matter how nicely it's given.
